Cuban Lunch Squares – Christmas Cookie Week #christmascookies

Recently my friend Stacey at ThisLilPiglet shared her Cuban Lunches Chocolate recipe and I’ve been DYING to try it so I made it into squares for Christmas Cookie Week.

These are GORGEOUS, seriously I can’t eat just one! The butterscotch, chocolate and peanut butter all hit exactly the right spot and they take mere minutes to make.

  1. I remember the chocolate bar which was my favorite but they no longer make! If this recipe comes close I will love you 4 ever! haha

    1. The Cuban lunch bar I remember only was thick chocolate with peanuts. I see lots of recipes with coconut and different things added to them. Wondering if anybody else realizes this.
