Who doesn’t love a great dip recipe? Today I’m sharing my keto BLT DIP APPETIZER recipe which is super EASY and oh-so delicious! We are into December now which means that we have been invited to gatherings and usually I bring a dish with me. I have adopted the Keto way of eating (low carb, moderate protein and higher fats) so my recipe needs have changed.

This is a great recipe for Keto and yet everyone who has it enjoys it.

KETO BLT DIP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ lb Bacon, divided
  • ¼ c Mayonnaise
  • ¼ c Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ c Cheddar Cheese, divided 1/4c & 1/4c
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic, fresh, minced
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1c Tomatoes, chopped
  • dipping ingredients (carrots, cucumbers, etc.)

PREPARATION

  • Mix all ingredients together using only ¾ of the bacon and a ¼ cup of shredded cheese, in a bowl except lettuce and tomatoes
  • Spread the dip into a shallow serving bowl
  • Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining cheese and remaining bacon
  • Garnish with dipping ingredients
  • Enjoy!

    *Note: The dip can be made a few hours ahead to let the flavors blend but do not put the toppings on the dip until ready to serve.

  2. Yum! Have left over bacon from our burgers last night! Was going to dip it in melted Lilly’s chocolate chips for a sweet treat that would be Keto friendly but this looks amazing .. might have to try it today!
