As you all know I’ve been focusing upon my health recently, today I’m sharing the wonders of coconut oil with you.
Thanks to Tropical Traditions for providing me with their Gold Label Coconut Oil, I’ve began ingesting 3.5 tablespoons a day. We’ll have to wait and see what the long-term effects are but I’m game to try.
Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil is unrefined coconut oil hand pressed by rubbing the coconut meat together and extracting the milk, it is then kept in a sealed container for 24 hours allowing the oil to naturally separate from the water. This extraction process creates a crystal clear oil that retains its full scent and full bodied coconut taste. A Beautiful Tropical Smell that also adds a summery scent to my home when cooking.
