  1. I try to eat healthier and be more active – we choose activities we can do as a family to make it easier and encourage our son to be active as well

  2. I work out 5-6 days a week doing yoga, strength training, and 30 to 40 minutes of dancing. I combine this with healthy eating…a low calorie, high-protein diet. I’ve been changing up my routine since July and have lost 50 lbs so far. Working my buns off to lose 20-25 more in time for my wedding in April!

  3. I work out 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes. Once I got my butt in gear and started working out regularly I really started to enjoy it and look forward to my exercise time. I would love a fitbit to help keep track.

  4. I try to eat healthy and keep snacks/junk food out of the house and buy lots of veggies to snack on and incorporate more exercise.

  5. I try to eat healthy and am trying to do some kind of exercise at least 5 days a week. So far this year is going good.

  6. I try it workout 3-4 times per week at the gym, and eat healthy meals even if no one else in my house is!!!

  10. I have recently lost 75 pounds and working to lose 25 more. I have been dreaming about a fitbit but can’t afford one. I was in very poor health, 63 y/o with diabetes and other issues. I am now off all diabetes meds and working to get fitter every day!

  11. I didn’t really answer the question with my first post….I recently joined a running club and I am also doing Focus T25..and I walk…. :-)

  12. I make sure we eat plenty of veggies, fruits and whole grains. Swimming is regular activity for my family..

  13. I am cutting out most of the sweets, all salty foods, drink at least 3 bottles of water a day and eating more salads.

  14. I try to stay healthy in order to keep up with 2 very active daughters aged 4 and 9 . I also like the way I feel after good long workout.
