When I first heard of this recipe, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought of it before. If you’re not a coffee drinker you can easily swap out the coffee ice cubes for another fruity flavour you enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Cinnamon to taste (approx. 1 tsp/glass)
  • Frozen coffee ice cubes (approx. 6/glass)
  • Cinnamon sticks as garnish

Preparation:

Fill the glasses with coffee ice cubes and pour in the vanilla almond milk. Sprinkle cinnamon into each glass and stir. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and serve.
