Come to @MapleLeafPrime Twitter Party & #BreakUpWithGroundBeef

We are primarily a chicken family when it comes to the type of protein we eat in a week. From homemade chicken or turkey burgers to Skinny Chicken Chilli my husband and I have become quite creative with ground chicken and turkey over the years.

Switching from ground beef to ground chicken hasn’t been difficult for me but my husband is a different story. He comes from a long line of red-meat-lovin-men whose plate rarely includes vegetables but thankfully he’s slowly coming on board and is willing to split our meals between types of meats. Honestly, I wouldn’t ever have thought this could be an issue but apparently to him he’s had a loving, solid relationship with ground beef for ages and is FINALLY ready to ditch the “exclusive” title.

Don’t get me wrong, I love ground beef but adore my chicken as well. Join me at the #BreakUpWithChicken Twitter Party on May 15th at 9pm EST to chat with @MapleLeafPrime and hear ideas for spicing up your ground turkey or chicken. @MapleLeafPrime is serious about this, they’re even bringing in the amazing @Chef_Bob_V to chat with us all!

What would a Twitter party be without prizes?

Maple Leaf Prime is providing prizes which have a total value of  $1400, including coupons for free Maple Leaf Prime Chicken and one of two Hamilton Beach Indoor Grills! Prizes are available to be won by Canadian residents only, but everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
