The best thing about this mocktail is that it’s simple!

With summer right around the corner it’s an icy drink which is delicious and can be made with your choice of berries, (frozen or fresh).

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of diet sprite or 7Up
  • 2 cups of diet cranberry juice
  • 4 cups iceberry-drink-top
  • 4 oz frozen or fresh berries (I chose a blend of frozen berries)

  • Puree the berries in a blender
  • Strain the seeds out (if you desire)
  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
  • Wet the outside rim of the glass with a fresh lemon or lime wedge
  • Circle the glass in sugar
